Joshua came out on a Friday night in the dark and snowing to examine and relight our pilot light on our heatilator gas fireplace after work had been done in the house the previous week. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficiently corrected the problem, explaining why it had occurred. A job well done by a competent, impressive employee!

My furnace had stopped working the night before, and he arrived early the next morning, swiftly diagnosed the problem, procured the necessary part, and had my furnace up and running within a couple of hours.
