Executive Vice-President of Industry Relations
Ray is one of four brothers who make up the third generation of this family business. Ray is a proud winner of the Rochester Small Business Person of the Year in 2012 and recently inducted into the Rochester Business Hall of Fame. Ray served in 2001-2011 as an ACCA National Board Member, in 2008 as ACCA National Chairman, in 2008-2011 as the NATE Chairman, in 2018-2019 Small Business Council President, and in 2018-2019 Heritage Christian Services Foundation Chair. Ray is the current Rochester Rotary VP and a Board Member. He is also a current St. John Fisher College Deans Advisory Council Member. Ray was also a past PAHRA Board Member, a BBB of Upstate NY Board Member from 2007-2013, and a VISTAGE Leadership Award Winner.
Elizabeth H. Verschage, MS-HRM, SPHR
Chief Human Resources Officer
Elizabeth has been with Isaac for six years and started her career here as the HR Manager. She is a proud supporter of CURE Childhood Cancer Association, a member of the Chamber of Commerce HR Executive Forum, and a member of the ROC2025 Talent Strategy Committee. Elizabeth recently was named the 2020 NHRA Small Business HR Executive of the Year. She lives in Victor, NY.
Vice-President of Operations and Integrations
Jeremy started with Isaac 18 years ago as a Residential Service Technician. He later had roles in the development and growth of our branch locations. Today, he leads the Residential and Commercial Service Departments. Jeremy is currently affiliated with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) MIX Group. He is also a Board Member for the Small Business Council of Rochester (SBC) and sits on the Board for Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC). He is a founding member of the Phoenix Group.
Senior Vice-President, Residential Services, Sales & Marketing
Domenic has been with Isaac since the early 1990s. Domenic studied HVAC at Monroe Community College, BOCES, and Alfred State College. He not only was a student at Isaac University, he later evolved into a trainer there. Prior to his current role, Domenic held positions in the Residential Installation department as an Installer, Field Supervisor, Installation/Home Performance Manager. Domenic holds certifications from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and the Building Performance Institute (BPI). He spent 6 years as a Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) board member and currently sits on the board for Building Performance Contractors (BPCA) He is passionate about helping others develop their careers and providing clients with an enjoyable experience.
Don joined Isaac in 2020 as Regional Manager. Though he has not spent much time in HVAC, he came to Isaac with years of customer service expertise, including being named the Marriott Courtyard Diamond General Manager of the Year 2007. Don is a life-long Rochesterian.
Residential Installation Field Manager
Steve has been with Isaac for 20 years. He started with the company as a Residential Installation Helper. Steve is now the Residential Installation Field Manager and holds certifications from North American Technician Excellence (NATE). Steve and his family live in Brockport, NY.
Residential Sales Manager
Andrew brings more than 15 years of HVAC Sales, Installation and leadership experience to the team. Andrew joined the company when he was 19 as an installation helper. He has held roles as an installer, Home Performance auditor, Residential project manager, and Branch manager. His ultimate goal is to have his team cultivate an unmatched experience for Isaac’s clients by simply being easy to do business with and attentive to clients’ needs.
Residential Install Operations Manager
Alberto has been with Isaac for nine years where he began his career as a Commercial Service Dispatcher. He moved on to handling national accounts, and for more than four years has worked in his current role supporting the Installation Department. Alberto lives in Greece, NY.
Residential Service Manager
Jake has been with Isaac since 2013, where he was first hired as a Customer Service Writer (CSR). He has also served as a Contact Center Supervisor. Jake lives with his family in Greece, NY.
Client Relations Manager
Nicole has spent seven years with Isaac, starting her career at Isaac as a Service Writer. Nicole lives with her family in Hilton, NY.
Diana has been with Isaac for more than four years, starting as a Marketing Communications Specialist. She graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Science from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. She is also a 2012 graduate of Dale Carnegie. Originally from Ohio, Diana lives with her family in Brockport, NY and is the President of the XC/Track & Field Boosters Club.
