New York State’s Home Energy Efficiency Program

With Home Energy Efficiency Program from NYSERDA, families are eligible for incentives on their home energy improvements.

Do I Qualify?

Income thresholds for taking advantage of New York State’s EmPower+ program is based on location and number of family members living in the home. For example, see below for occupancy and income levels for Monroe County.

There are two tiers for qualifying. An example would be Tier One (up to $10,000 in incentives):

1 PERSON – $34,224 PER YEAR
2 PERSON – $44,760 PER YEAR
3 PERSON – $55,296 PER YEAR
4 PERSON – $65,820 PER YEAR
