Full Time - Rochester, NY

Principal Purpose of Position

Provide a World Class Experience when interacting with customers; process information in response to inquiries and requests for services; resolve product and service problems; ensure that the needs of customers are satisfied and that technicians received complete and concise ticket support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer calls for service
  • Phone support to branches and other departments
  • Data Entry with complete accuracy
  • Handle and resolve customer questions and complaints
  • Place outbound Calls; appointment reminders
  • Quick response to email requests
  • Resolve problems; follow up as necessary
  • Record details of actions taken, inquiries and comments
  • Assist with Agreement processing
  • Respond to technician calls quickly and accurately
  • Absorb and utilize industry technical knowledge
  • Develop and maintain knowledge level
  • Attend meetings and share best practices with Management and peers


Skills required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and create problem solving solutions
  • Strong customer service, communication, listening and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and writing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills: word processing, excel & internet server
  • Unflappable; stress tolerant
  • Interacts well with others
  • Proficient in Math
