In addition to NATE certification, our Isaac Home Energy Performance inspector/energy consultants are certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), a leading, nationally recognized training, education, and accreditation organization.

Ray Isaac, President
Ray is one of four brothers who make up the third generation of this family business. Ray is a proud winner of the Rochester Small Business Person of the Year in 2012.
Eric Knaak, VP & General Manager
Eric has been with Isaac for over 20 years, and previously served as a proud member of the U.S. Marines.
Joe Kruger, VP of Sales & Marketing
Joe began as a sales representative with Isaac over 30 years ago and heads up a team who regularly wins Top 10 recognition in the nation for our Rheem sales and service.
Lee Spencer, VP of Finance
After starting with Isaac as a bookkeeper/controller in 1980, Lee is now responsible for our company’s financial management.
Kevin Traut, Director of Education and Training
Kevin brings many years of heating and air conditioning education experience to Isaac as a NATE-Certified instructor.
Jeremy Noll, Service Manager
Jeremy grew from a service tech/writer to assistant manager to manager of our Avon office. Today, he leads the Residential Service Department.
Paul Raleigh, Field Forces General Manager
Paul joined Isaac in 1998 as a residential installation mechanic, then served as the residential installation supervisor, a commercial service technician, and several other positions. Paul is also Chair of the Isaac Technical Supervisor Committee.
Joyce Kelliher, Customer Relations Manager
Joyce started at Isaac in 1986 as a residential service writer and has held several positions, including contracts coordinator. She is also a member of the Residential Service Leadership Team.
Domenic DeLeo, Isaac Home Energy Performance Manager
Domenic started at Isaac in 1996 as a residential service technician and has held several positions, including residential installation mechanic and supervisor. He helped establish the Isaac Home Energy Performance Division, and has grown it to a team of more than 20 in all of our locations.
