Technician explains Isaac service agreement to homeownerFor the ultimate peace of mind, you can enroll in an Isaac service agreement. Depending on the product, these plans cover specific repairs and preventive annual maintenance and ensure continued safe operation.

Each of our plans includes free system maintenance every year and priority service in emergencies. Protection agreements are available for two years. You can enroll in person with the technician or via phone or email.

Plans are available on new equipment and on older models, subject to a technician’s approval. Pricing sheets are available with all products. New contracts can choose to pay via lump sum or split into 24 monthly payments with an auto-pay option.

Annual precision tune-up and safety inspection

During each tune-up, Isaac’s experienced technicians will:

  • Clean and check all the components of each appliance
  • Perform 21-step safety checks, customized for each piece of equipment

Annual maintenance has these advantages:

  • Keep your equipment running at peak efficiency

  • Identify minor issues before they become major problems
  • Improve efficiency, airflow and reduce allergens by changing filters
  • Monitor deteriorating components, debris on burners, buildup in exhaust vents and flues, etc.

The process takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.  We recommend calling in advance to schedule a visit during our busier months (October, November, May, and June).
