At Isaac University, boot camp is an intense 12-week HVAC training program designed for individuals with little or no experience who are serious about beginning a career in heating and air conditioning.
Students will be paid hourly while receiving full-time classroom, lab, and field training for 8 weeks.
After successful completion of this phase of the program, trainees will be placed in a field position where they will receive an additional 4 weeks of on-the-job training.
Graduation from boot camp will be based on weekly test scores, lab participation, and field evaluations throughout the 12-week program.
Upon graduation, trainees will receive an offer to become a member of the Isaac team.

- Viable candidates will be scheduled for an interview and a written mechanical comprehension test
- Orientation will follow to gather more information, meet leadership, and complete a short, hands-on lab test on January 10 at 5 p.m.
