Schedule an Appointment
You can easily schedule an appointment with Isaac online. Just complete either the Schedule New Installation Estimate form or the Schedule Service Maintenance/Repairs form and hit "submit."
Please DO NOT use this form for emergency or after hours service needs. Instead call 585.546.1400 in the Rochester area; 585.226.3800 in Avon, the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes; or 315.449.1400 in Syracuse and Central New York and press 0 to speak with an Isaac representative. Phone 24 hours a day and talk to a "live" person for immediate attention.
When submitting your on-line form, let us know how you want to be contacted and an Isaac customer service representative will contact you by e-mail or phone within 24 hours to confirm the date and time of your appointment.
Please note: On the day of your appointment, your Isaac service technician will call you approximately 20 minutes before arriving at your home to be sure you are there.
