Joe Kruger, VP of Residential Sales
Joe began as a sales representative with Isaac over 25 year ago and now heads up Isaac's residential sales division.
Lee Spencer, VP of Finance
After starting with Isaac as a bookkeeper/controller in 1980, Lee is now responsible for all of Isaac's financial management.
Donald Gnann, Commercial Installation Manager
Don served for 15 years as a Commercial Sales Representative, then pursued other opportunities before returning to Isaac in 2004 to head up our commercial installations.
Greg Goater, Training and Safety Director
Greg brings over 20 years of heating and cooling education experience to Isaac as a NATE-certified instructor and a certified NYS public school teacher.
Jeremy Noll, Avon Office Manager
Jeremy began with us as a service tech and service writer, then became an assistant manager and now leads our Avon office.
Jessica Hartley, Syracuse Office Manager
With Isaac since 1999, Jessica served as an Assistant Service Manager for our Residential department and now leads our Syracuse and Central New York office.
Jake Koch, Assistant Commercial Service Manager
Jake started with Isaac in 2001 as a Commercial Service Technician then became a Contract Coordinator for our Commercial Service Department which lead him to his current position as Assistant Commercial Service Manager.
