"On 8/19/09 a new furnace was installed at my home with a Honeywell Non-Programmable digital thermostat.  Since then we were having trouble with it, it wasn't working right.  On 8/27th a very nice gentleman by the name of Lincoln was sent to see what was wrong. It took him a while & he found out it was a loose or broken wire in the thermostat and was able to fix it.  I am writing this because I want you to realize what a very good & polite worker he was.  Lincoln was very patient with me.  I'm 84 years old, he was very patient with me in explaining how to program the thermostat.  We have had many service men throughout the years & each and everyone were polite & good.  But Lincoln was excellent."
