Community and Industry Affiliations
Along with helping to promote the visibility and reputation of Isaac, our participation in industry organizations allows us to provide leadership and help to raise the bar for performance and professionalism in our industry. Our charity affiliations, support and participation keep us visible in the community while giving back to the people and organizations that have helped to make us successful.
Charitable and Community
- Ray Isaac is a Foundation Board member and Treasurer of the Continuing Developmental Services (CDS) Foundation Board, and Treasurer of Unistel LLC, a CDS manufacturing arm. Isaac has also been a sponsor of the CDS Annual Golf Tournament for many years.
- Jim Isaac, former CEO, remains active in a number of not-for-profit and charitable organizations including Habitat For Humanity, Rochester Rotary, Boy Scouts of American and others.
- Isaac employees contributed nearly $40,000 to the United Way campaign in 2009 and have held silent auctions and fund raising breakfasts for several years.
- Many Isaac employees are actively involved in local charitable efforts, including the J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge. For the past 2 years our team has run or walked to raise funds for worthy organizations.
- In 2008, 10+ employees participates on our Isaac team to help contribute to RIT's Environmental Science program and the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired - Goodwill.
- Isaac Heating is a member in good standing of several community and consumer advocate groups, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Better Contractors Bureau (BCB), the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and the Rochester Small Business Council.
- Isaac is proud to be a Preferred Supplier for the Rochester Habitat for Humanity.
- For many years Isaac was an annual participant in Red Cross Blood Drives.
